Overview

A torpedo-focused commander for any destroyer. Fiendish Rampage raises torpedo damage with each torpedo hit, and Boon of Crimson Darkness adds torpedo damage from inside a smoke screen and shortens torpedo launcher reload. Pair with Subsurface Venture, Give Me Speed and Torpedo Safari. Best on destroyers that launch torpedoes from smoke.
