A cruiser commander whose Anti-Air Mode trait raises your cruiser's AA gun firing range. The unique skill All-Out Assault tightens main battery shell grouping and spreads incoming fire, but cruisers take more damage from every hit. It works on any cruiser. Pair it with Fixated or Beyond Range if you want to build around your guns.
