Overview

Cruiser commander whose Flexible Threat trait speeds up shell type switching when all main battery guns are fully loaded. Hammering Strikes raises main gun AP and HE shell damage, at the cost of looser shell grouping. Pair it with Fixated, Igniter and Equilibrium of Power. Smolensk is a strong ship to command.
