Overview

Works on any cruiser. Firewall reduces fire damage to your ship, and Vice Defense reduces incoming damage for cruisers, at the cost of a longer Damage Control Party cooldown. Pair them with Beyond Range, Fixated or Igniter to round out a durable build.

Commander Bio

Franz Hipper (1863–1922) was a German Admiral and supreme commander of the Imperial Navy's Scouting Group during World War I. Renowned for aggressive tactics and bold innovation, Hipper orchestrated daring cruiser and battlecruiser operations across the North Sea, most notably commanding forces at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. As one of Germany's most formidable naval leaders, he challenged British naval supremacy with tactical brilliance throughout the Great War.
