AL Graf Spee

Built for any cruiser that wants to stay alive through sustained fights, thanks to Pocket Battleship, which adds HP per second. Ghost lowers cruiser detectability and air detectability range, which helps you stay unseen. Pair with Beyond Range, Fixated and Fully Packed.

I need to verify whether "AL Graf Spee" is based on a real historical figure (like Captain Hans Langsdorff who commanded the pocket battleship Admiral Graf Spee) or if it's a fictional game character.

Do you have documentation in your project files about this commander, or can you clarify if this should reference a real person? I want to avoid inventing dates or ranks, per your instructions.
