Overview

Built for cruisers that lean on main gun HE shells for direct damage rather than fires, since the commander's own skill sharply cuts the chance of HE shells starting fires while boosting HE shell damage. The base trait also helps incapacitate enemy modules. Pair it with Burn It Down XXL and Full Speed Ahead.

Commander Bio

Vasily Chapayev (1887–1919) was a celebrated Soviet Red Army commander renowned for his audacious cavalry tactics and daring battlefield maneuvers during the Russian Civil War. His military exploits inspired numerous Soviet cultural works, cementing his status as Soviet military legend. World of Warships Legends honors him as a cruiser commander, capturing his aggressive, highly mobile approach to naval warfare and his fearless, innovative tactical doctrine.
