Overview

Flagbearer tightens main battery shell grouping on any battleship and also changes incoming fire dispersion. The Iris's Flame increases main battery shell damage against burning ships. Pair with Flammable Cannonier, Gyrating Drillbits and Marksmanship, and add Will to Rebuild for staying power.

Commander Bio

Cardinal Richelieu (1585–1642) was a French cardinal and statesman who served as the principal minister of France under King Louis XIII. Known for his shrewd political maneuvering and iron-fisted governance, Richelieu fundamentally strengthened France's power and military capabilities, including its naval fleet. His strategic vision and diplomatic acumen made him one of Europe's most influential figures, reshaping French politics and international relations for generations.

  • Reworked into a long-range sniper skill with the Halloween 2026 update.
  • New passive effects: main battery dispersion -5%, battleship gun traverse speed -1.5°/s, and a warning indicator for incoming long-range enemy fire.
  • New special effect, while no detected enemy ship is within 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 km (by skill rank): +10% damage on citadel hits and a +10% battleship AP shell penetration multiplier.
  • Removed: the +15% torpedo acquisition range and the -30% torpedo damage taken while an ally was within 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 km.
