Overview

Smoke and torpedo destroyer commander. True Grit shortens torpedo reload and protects the steering gear, and Smogathon adds two Smoke Generator charges and halves its cooldown, though the screen deploys for less time. Good on Somme and Jutland; pair with Smoke on the Water and Subsurface Venture.
