Overview

Built around I Mean Harm, which boosts the main gun AP shell damage of any destroyer you command. Gearing, Kane and Fletcher make good platforms for it. Pair it with Smoke on the Water, Unstoppable and Observant Rage to fight from concealment and keep your shells landing.

Commander Bio

Admiral William Frederick "Bull" Halsey Jr. (1882–1959) was a legendary commander of the U.S. Navy whose aggressive tactics defined the Pacific campaign in World War II. Leading the Third Fleet and South Pacific Area forces, Halsey became known for his bold strategy and the motto "Hit hard, hit fast, hit often." His decisive naval victories against the Japanese earned him status as one of America's greatest naval commanders.
