Overview

Built for cruisers that carry Repair Party, such as AL Baltimore and AL Chapayev, where Supporter Express shortens its cooldown and speeds up the heal. Scholastic Support lets you restore more citadel damage and cuts damage taken to the citadel. Pair with Fortified, Sponge and Will to Rebuild.
