Overview

Cruiser commander for any cruiser, strongest on ships that fire SAP shells, since Subtle Manipulations raises main gun SAP damage and widens incoming fire dispersion. The Aegis trait cuts incoming damage. Good on Michelangelo, Brindisi and Napoli; pair him with Beyond Range, Fixated and Homerun.
