Overview

Universal commander whose Good Consumer trait shortens the cooldown of every consumable on any ship. He has no unique skill. Good on Kuma, Mutsuki and Ishizuchi; pair with Contact Is Imminent, Back in Stock and Look at Me Now.

Commander Bio

Heihachiro Togo (1847–1934) was an admiral of the Imperial Japanese Navy and one of the most celebrated naval commanders of the early 20th century. Known for his decisive victory at the Battle of Tsushima (1905) during the Russo-Japanese War, Togo transformed Japan into a major naval power. His tactical brilliance and visionary leadership established him as a legendary figure in both naval warfare and international military history.
