Overview

Gunboat destroyer commander, and his In Harm's Way only works on destroyers that carry Surveillance Radar, such as Osborne, Kane and Hughes. The Chief adds HP, Punching Up adds AP penetration and damage against saturated areas, and Final Stand adds damage against bigger ships. Pair Beacon and Tin Can Sailor with Look at Me Now.

Commander Bio

Ernest E. Evans (1908–1944) was a U.S. Navy commander best known for his fearless leadership during the Battle off Samar in World War II, commanding the USS Johnston. Despite facing overwhelming odds from a far superior Japanese task force, Evans displayed remarkable tactical courage and determination, earning the Medal of Honor posthumously. His aggressive destroyer tactics exemplified the bold, fighting spirit of American naval warfare during the Pacific War.
