Overview

Universal commander whose Vespiary trait raises AA damage and top speed on any ship. He has no unique skill, so build him around the shared tree. Pair with No-Fly Zone, Fully Packed and Unstoppable.

Commander Bio

Conrad Helfrich was an admiral of the Royal Netherlands Navy who commanded Dutch naval forces in the Pacific during World War II. Based in the Dutch East Indies, he led the defense against Japanese invasion in the crucial early months of the Pacific War, including operations in the Java Sea. Though overwhelmed by Japanese naval superiority, Helfrich's determined resistance became a notable episode in World War II Pacific naval history.
