Overview

Built for cruisers that carry a Smoke Generator, such as Dalian, Sejong and Jinan, where Guerrilla Warfare cuts incoming damage while in smoke. Blind Justice adds torpedo range and lowers detectability, and Torpedo Chaos adds a Torpedo Reload Booster charge and torpedo damage. Pair with Back in Stock and Beyond Range.

Commander Bio

Chen Shaokuan was a celebrated commander of the Republic of China Navy and a pivotal figure in modernizing Chinese naval forces during the early twentieth century. A skilled strategist and experienced naval administrator, he directed China's naval development and modernization during decades of national upheaval and international challenge. His tenure as a senior naval leader significantly enhanced the professionalism, effectiveness, and capabilities of the Chinese fleet during a transformative era.
